What can I pay with?

Checkout accepts USDT. The network shown at checkout (for example TRC-20) must match the network you send on. Sending on the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds.

Why do I see two prices?

The USDT price is what you pay. The local currency figure is a conversion for reference. Your locked USDT amount at checkout is the amount to send.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our global warehouse (GLOBAL-01). Delivery speed depends on your country. See Shipping for typical timelines and fees.

Can I cancel after paying?

If your payment is still awaiting confirmation, contact support immediately. After payment is confirmed and the order is preparing or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. See Returns for eligible refunds.

Do you offer store pickup?

No. Every order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
