Terms of sale

These terms are an agreement between you and Techalls Technologies Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore. By placing an order, you accept them, together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details.

All products are brand new. Images and descriptions are a guide, and minor differences in packaging or regional labelling can occur.

Stock is limited and shown on each product page. Items are reserved for you only once you place an order. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or cannot be supplied, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Prices are set in USDT. Local currency figures are indicative conversions. The exact amount shown on the payment page is the amount due.

Your order is accepted once we detect a matching payment on the stated network with the required confirmations. Paying less than the amount due, paying after the payment window closes, or paying on the wrong network may delay or cancel your order. We will work with you to refund or reconcile any such payment.

Eligible vouchers are applied automatically at checkout. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership of the goods and the risk of loss or damage pass to you when the courier marks your parcel as delivered, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

You are responsible for giving a complete delivery address and a phone number the courier can reach, and for any import duties or taxes charged by your country unless checkout shows otherwise.

Ships-on dates for pre-orders are estimates. If a date changes, we will update your order page or contact you using the email you gave at checkout.

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns policy. Refunds are paid in USDT. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms for your region.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Techalls is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by blockchain network failures, wallet mistakes such as sending to the wrong address or network, or courier events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where you buy, including any mandatory consumer protections where you live. Techalls Technologies Pte. Ltd. is headquartered in Singapore.
